The Network Development Manager (NDM) serves as the primary source of network recruitment and development for the Hampton Roads territory, which may change from time-to-time with targeted providers in an assigned territory. The NDM coordinates with in-market Network Development staff to initiate conversations with providers in their territory to introduce the Equality Health Network, and drive understanding of capabilities and benefits, with the objective to secure participation and signed agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures.

The NDM plays a critical role in increasing Equality Health’s brand with providers by identifying, researching, vetting and developing an assessment of the provider and the overall business landscape, appropriately identifying providers that align with EHN. This individual manages and executes new sales/service contracts for a particular market and supports provider network growth strategies and provider network development in all markets.
